    The "Paragraph" button returns the code <P>, leaving the cursor positioned after the tag. This tag acts to create a new paragraph, thus creating "whitespace" between the text or item that follows and the preceeding item. If there is currently highlighted text in the active edit window, the tag will preceed that text, leaving the cursor at the end of the selected text.
