    The "Horizontal Rule Editor" option calls the horizontal rule editor. This form allows you to easily place a horizontal rule in the code for your HTML document. You can use the different options to adjust the different attributes of your horizontal rule, or you can just hit OK when the form comes up to add a standard <HR> to your document.
