| Amiasoft Corporation is privately owned and was founded in January of 1998 as Designs Unlimited and incorporated in May 19, 1998. The name was changed to Amiasoft Corporation in March of 2000. We began by offering a free product called SiteAid 1.0. It was an opportunity to offer something back to the Internet community after using other free programs for many years. This would also give us an opportunity to find out what people really, really wanted in an HTML editor while drawing attention to our company and our web site. This presented a way to gather valuable feedback through the support of SiteAid, finding what customers wanted and expected. We used this information in the development of our shareware version of SiteAid 2.0 which was released on September 22, 1999. Since that time, many new versions of our shareware version have been released, while keeping our freeware version available. We have also expanded our offerings with Amiasoft Password, for handling those numerous passwords gathered on the net, and more recently, Amiasoft Thumbnailer. A program for digital photo enthusiasts and professionals alike, Thumbnailer stands to make it's mark in the way photo galleries and collections are created and presented!
Amiasoft products are almost exclusively marketed via the Internet. With tools tied so closely to the Internet, it certainly is a natural match. Today, there are hundreds of people every day that access our site as a result of our marketing efforts. We will continue to cultivate and incorporate the Internet into our products and services. We feel we are the friendly and reliable software developers that the Internet community is looking for and needs. Amiasoft is providing software that solves your everyday problems, strikes a balance between ease-of-use, power and flexibility, and most importantly, responds to the valuable feedback of our customers.
